上次没有买糖粉,然后饼干冷却后变脆了,但是过了一会又变软了。

然后视频说放糖粉,或者做好了用罐子盖起来,再放一块方糖进去。

房子里只有两个鸡蛋,最后一个手指是一个鸡蛋。

材料:鸡蛋2个,白糖40克,面粉60克。

步骤:

将蛋黄分开,然后分三次或一次加入糖,打发,打发后放入鸡蛋,打发均匀后筛入面粉,用搅拌手法搅拌后放入裱花袋中。

饼干成型后,筛入糖粉,放入烤箱烘烤。

烘烤时间:150烘烤30分钟。由于第一次用油布做的这道菜不熟悉,后来我又单独加了10分钟。多少钱?我忘了。

优势:

1.放在罐子里,然后放在冰柜里,直到第二天,还是脆脆的。

2.颜色还可以。

缺点:

1.在这里,取两个盘子,一起放入烤箱,一个盘子放在有篷布的烤盘里(放在上层),然后饼干烤好后就不熟了。

而这个有油纸的盘子(放在下层)就熟了。

2.油布烤的板熟了以后脱模有点粘,但是油纸脱模很干。

3.这次虽然买了糖粉,但可能是面粉筛的孔太密了,布是干进去的,不像其他的,干的很均匀。而且糖粉是密封袋,感觉不是很好用。有个罐子真好。
